Your first session

When you first log in, NeonaSphera includes $5 in free credits so you can explore the full platform — no API keys needed to get started.

Step 1

Start a Conversation

Type in the chat input at the bottom of the screen to talk to AI. Your credits are pre-loaded so you can start immediately — no API keys required for your first session. Try asking a question about your business or simply say hello.

Step 2

Choose Your Model

Use the model selector at the top of the chat window to switch models. The following are available out of the box using your managed credits:

  • Gemini Flash — fast and cost-efficient, great for most tasks
  • Gemini Pro — more capable reasoning and longer context
  • Claude Haiku 4.5 — fast, precise, great for structured tasks

Need stronger models? Go to Settings → Models to enable additional options by adding your own API keys.

Using the Agent Marketplace

NeonaSphera ships with a set of domain-specific agents trained on e-commerce operations. Each one has structured skills, its own memory context, and access to the tools it needs.

Browse the Agent Marketplace

Click Agents in the left sidebar to open the marketplace. You'll find pre-built agents covering:

Stockout risk, reorder timing, supplier lead-time alerts

ACOS analysis, keyword performance, wasteful spend flags

Landed cost mismatches, margin drift, accounting anomalies

Cash tied up in inventory, reorder recommendations by velocity

Open any agent to start chatting right away. You may need to add API keys or credits if the agent uses a model beyond your current access.

Tips for talking to agents

Be specific. Instead of "what's wrong with my inventory?" try "which SKUs are at risk of running out in the next 14 days based on current velocity?"

Agents remember context within a conversation. You don't need to re-explain your business on every message — continue the thread and the agent keeps up.

Final actions need your approval. Agents can analyze data and recommend specific steps — but placing orders or pausing campaigns requires your go-ahead.

Agents can hand off to each other. When Marta (accounting) surfaces a cost issue, she can pass it to Dorian (replenishment) so the two agents coordinate without you having to bridge them.

Agents are only as useful as the data they can see. Connect your operational systems so they can work with your real numbers.

Connect Your MCP Servers

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard NeonaSphera uses to give agents access to external tools and live data. Find the MCP section in the sidebar to add a server.

🔌 NeonPanel — recommended first connection

Connecting NeonPanel gives agents access to your real Amazon business data: landed costs, inventory levels, supplier terms, and sales velocity. Without this, agents work from general knowledge only.

Any tool that supports the MCP open standard can be connected — accounting software, databases, logistics platforms, and more.

My Skills

Skills are reusable building blocks that tell agents how to handle specific situations — your SOPs, decision rules, and quality thresholds encoded into structured instructions.

  1. 1 Open My Skills in the left sidebar to browse the skill template library.
  2. 2 Try Build a skill in chat — describe a procedure or rule and Prax will help you structure it.
  3. 3 Add the skill to your library and customize it — then agents can apply it consistently across every conversation.

Skills belong to you. They're not shared with other users or used to train shared models. See the Agent Academy for the full workflow.

Credits & model access

Managing your usage

NeonaSphera gives you two ways to access models. You can mix and match based on what suits you.

Managed credits

Every message with a managed model shows its cost. You start with $5 in free credits. Top up anytime in Settings → Subscription when your balance runs low.

Credit balance is always visible in the top bar.

Your own API keys

Add your own API keys in Settings → My Model Access to unlock full model access with no credit limits. Requests route directly through your provider accounts.

Use Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) for complete control.

Your data

What we do — and don't do — with your data

Your domain packs, conversation history, and connected data stay isolated to your account and are never used to improve outputs for other customers.

Everything is exportable

Your domain packs, logs, and configurations can be exported at any time. You own what you create.

BYOS & BYOK

Use your own Supabase for storage and your own API keys for model access. Full control over where your data lives and who processes it.
