This Privacy Policy describes how NeonaSphera, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit neonasphera.com, www.neonasphera.com, my.neonasphera.com, or use NeonaSphera applications and services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you accept this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, data generated by your use of the Service, and data needed to run integrations and support.

• Personal information such as name, email, phone, company, role, and account credentials.
• Operational and business data you connect or upload — for example accounting, inventory, marketing, supplier, and sales data — so the agents can analyze it on your behalf.
• Content you create in the Service, including prompts, conversations, skills, and domain packs.
• Payment-related information such as billing details handled through payment providers.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, ratings, and reviews.
• Device and usage information such as browser, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, and interaction with our pages or content.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide the services you request, operate and improve the Service, run the AI agents on your connected data, and respond to support requests.

We also use it to send communications where permitted, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our rights, and fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information.

AI Models and Your Data

NeonaSphera uses large language models and AI agents to process your prompts and connected data and to generate responses. We do not use your data to train shared or foundation models, fine-tune models for other customers, or blend your data into outputs for anyone else. Your conversations, skills, and domain packs stay isolated to your account.

To generate responses, relevant content may be processed by sub-processors and model providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. You can use Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) to route model requests through your own provider accounts, and Bring Your Own Storage (BYOS) to host your data in your own environment.

Disclosure of Information

We may share information with contractors, business partners, integration and API providers, model providers, payment processors, and other service providers who support the Service.

We may also disclose information for a sale, merger, or transfer of ownership, in response to legal process, or when disclosure helps protect the rights, property, or safety of NeonaSphera, our users, or the public.

Aggregated or anonymized information that does not identify a particular user may be disclosed without restriction.

Cookies and Tracking

When you first visit neonasphera.com, a consent banner asks whether you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (na_cookie_consent) for approximately 12 months.

If you accept, we may load analytics and advertising services that set their own cookies to help us measure site usage and attribution (for example, analytics and tag-management tools). These are only loaded after you opt in.

If you reject, none of those non-essential services are loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Essential site functionality continues to work normally using first-party storage only.

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward as required to evaluate usage, troubleshoot, resolve disputes, collect fees, or meet legal obligations. Your domain packs, logs, and configurations are exportable, and you may request deletion as described below.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn a child under 13 provided personal information, we delete it when reasonable, except where law requires retention.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of your personal information.

California users may request disclosure or deletion and have nondiscrimination protections when exercising those rights.

EU and UK users may have GDPR rights, including to be informed, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and safeguards around automated decisions.

International Transfer

We process information in the United States.

By submitting information, you consent to its transfer to and processing in the United States.
